From Burnout to Clarity

I know firsthand how burnout can creep in—even when your career looks impressive on paper.

I grew up in Louisiana, surrounded by college football, spirituality, and the warmth of Southern hospitality. From a young age, I was drawn to helping people. That calling led me to study psychology and philosophy at LSU in hopes of understanding the human experience on a deeper level.

When the economy collapsed in 2008, I knew I needed a steady income quick, fast, and in a hurry. I pivoted and enrolled in a two-year allied health program to study respiratory therapy. I landed a dream job, splitting my time between the ICU and ER at one of the country’s largest trauma centers. I thrived in the adrenaline and learned how to push through the intensity of shift work and overtime.

Addicted to more

But with each new success or pay bump, something felt more and more misaligned. I thought I wanted a more white-collar role, so I transitioned into clinical medical sales—a job that looked great on paper but left me disconnected and drained. I’m an intuitive empath, and while I could speak a physician’s language and nailed my sales pitches and lunch and learns, the constant hustle and battles with insurance companies to get our company’s services covered wore me down. By fall of 2019, I was beyond exhausted.

Despite having a beautiful family, I felt anxious, overwhelmed, and trapped in a cycle of burnout. With a five-year-old and an infant depending on me, I made a promise: I would live with intention, even if it meant starting over.

In November of that year, I drove to my first iPEC coach training weekend in Chicago. I spent the next year earning my certification and creating my custom career coaching program.

Since then, I’ve dedicated myself to helping ambitious professionals navigate burnout, transitions, and leadership challenges.

I don’t do “tough love” or hustle culture nonsense

I have a unique ability to listen deeply and discern what’s behind the insecurities and resistance my clients bring to the table.

Nothing makes me happier than helping them expand their job search, advocate for better pay, or build flexible businesses that support them as present parents and partners.
