Psychologically Grounded Business Coaching
Serving Small Business Owners in St. Louis
After nearly two decades in healthcare and medical sales, I kept seeing the same pattern repeat itself regardless of company size.
I worked in environments where incentives quietly pitted teams against each other, communication disappeared when pressure was highest, and leadership structures created more complexity instead of clarity.
The problems were not hard to see. The willingness to confront them was much harder to find. I spoke up more than once. Sometimes that was welcomed. Most of the time, it wasn’t.
That experience shaped how I think about organizational culture.
Weak leadership protects hierarchy.
Strong leadership protects the mission.
I pursued formal coaching certification and graduate level counseling training to understand not just business strategy, but the psychology that shapes how teams function.
As a trained counselor, I understand how personality patterns form, how teams align or fracture, and why certain leaders unintentionally create tension around them.
Most consultants rely on fixed assessments or templated leadership models.
I don’t.
I help small business owners evaluate hires, leadership fit, and team dynamics through a psychologically grounded lens that goes deeper than surface metrics.
Structure only works when it aligns with human behavior.
That is where my background makes the difference.
I bring clinical training, business development experience, and just enough humor to keep hard conversations productive.
Today, I work with small business owners in St. Louis to build teams that hit goals and operate with less friction.
No corporate jargon. No motivational theatrics. Just practical leadership training that helps small businesses run better.
If your business still depends on you for everything, the issue is not effort.
It’s your systems.
And systems can change.
